Had the best, most fun time reading Lipsology for the guests at the launch of Dr Dennis Gross’s DermInfusions lip colours, in the wonderful speakeasy, The Blind Spot bar in The St Martin’s Lane Hotel, London.

I donned a white coat and took Lipsology consultations, giving my insights to the guests as they reclined on the white leather patient couch, applied one of Dr Dennis Gross’s gorgeous new lip colours and put their lip print kisses on a postcard.

As the sign says - The Proof is in the Plump. These plump pucker kisses were then analysed by me, giving insightful and illuminating results for the ‘patients’!

I had a great time reading Tarot and Lipsology at the Scottish Wedding Unconvention at The Biscuit Factory in Edinburgh.

It was a delight to meet so many lovely couples and their friends and family all helpling to plan the special wedding day. It was a pleasure to chat to you and explain the Tarot and Lipsology entertainment that I can provide for your wedding guests. Lipsology is a brilliant activity to entertain your hens at your hen party too! My fortune telling really can add a sparkle of magic and originality to your special day.

I had a fantastic time reading Tarot and Lipsology at the Witchy Wedding Fayre at BAaD, The Barras Art & Design, Glasgow on Sunday 9th November 2025, 11am to 3pm.

It’s a fantastic alternative wedding fair, a world of witchy wedding inspiration, full of interesting and fun suppliers and entertainers who can add a sparkle of magic to your special day. Including me of course!

It was great to meet all the lovely folk and to explain the Tarot and Lipsology entertainment that I can provide for wedding guests and party guests. Lipsology is a brilliant activity to entertain your hens at your hen party!

I offered Tarot reading sessions and Lipsology analysis on the day for you, so people could see what it’s all about!

Escape The Past Edinburgh held a spooky event set in Georgian times for guest influencers at their incredible escape rooms in the heart of the Old Town.

I gave Tarot readings to the guests, in the guise of a witch from Olde Edinburgh’s past. Actually no, not a witch, don’t say that word around these parts or they’ll have me burned at the stake, before I can say good King George! :)

It was such a brilliant event and my readings went down fantastically, they were very well received by the guests, and added to the spooky, magical vibe of the night!

I had a fantastic time entertaining the audience at the Edinburgh International Book Festival, at the E is for Edward event, reading Edward Gorey’s hilarious and spooky Tarot cards. The audience members in the queue and in the beautiful Speigeltent were suitably spooked and amused by the divinations I gleaned from the huge grimoire of Madame Groeda Weyrd! A great event organised by New Media Scotland! And thank you to everyone who played along, it was such fun!

I love the work of writer and artist Edward Gorey and so I am glittering with excitement that I’m going to be involved in Something Gorey at the Edinburgh International Book Festival on Friday 22nd August 2025.

I’ll be consulting Edward Gorey’s Fantod Tarot deck and reading the cards for all of you brave enough to find out your destinies as described in Gorey’s inimitable spookily humorous way! It’s going to be such fun, it’s all quite cheeky, poking fun and not to be taken seriously.

The deck itself is described as grim, hilarious and darkly poetic, and consists of 20 cards. I’ll be following the instructions for the spread and using the wonderfully weird and unique interpretations set out in the accompanying Tarot deck booklet.

Gorey’s fantastic macabre wit describes how he purportedly created the Fantod Tarot deck with mystic assistance from Madame Groeda Weyrd. Of the deck itself, Madame Weyrd will only say that its origin may not be divulged…The only known image of Madame Weyrd was captured by Gorey and shown here in the second image below. A mysterious Madame indeed!

Event Details: Something Gorey

From Maurice Sendak to Edward Scissorhands, the late Edward Gorey’s surreal and gothic fingers are all over a particular corner of 20th century art. We celebrate the iconic American illustrator and writer’s centenary with Gregory Hischak – the director of the Edward Gorey House in Massachusetts and author of the forthcoming E is for Edward who will share insights into Gorey. Chaired by Hannah McGill with New Media Scotland.

I had such fun at the Witchy Wedding Fayre in Glasgow at the stunning Oran Mor venue on 27th July 2025. The Fayre has such unique vendors and talented folk who can bring magic to your wedding with a sparkle of spookiness and fun. All under the Wichy Wedding Fayre’s ethos ‘For Weddings That Defy Tradition’.

I particularly loved the glam hostess @geezahgobble and the cool content creator @letsdoitcreative. There were fantastic performers on stage and a whole host of vendors including photographers, jewellers, florists and wedding favours.
