I had a fantastic experience as a guest at Chateau de Sacy in Picardie, France at one of their summertime Yoga and Creativity retreats.

As the full moon waned, this lovely group of individuals all decided that we’d like to have a ritual to let go of things that weren’t serving us: creating a witch jar , writing down our things to say goodbye to, and then burning the slips of paper in the fire.

Following the ritual, I read cards for each member of the group - the readings were well received and I think and hope hit home for them, focusing on what may lie ahead, on that path after the goodbye to things that don’t serve.
